Please review the following terms that govern the shipping of our products.

Processing Time: All items at SewChele are handmade with care and precision, ensuring that you receive a product of the highest quality. Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or for custom orders, this time may vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding, knowing that quality cannot be rushed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We primarily ship through major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer you reliable and timely delivery options. Once your order is dispatched, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available upon request at an additional cost.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. For orders exceeding $35, SewChele Handmade is pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow along with your package as it makes its journey to you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays. SewChele Handmade is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damages and Issues: Our team carefully inspects and packages each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, should your order arrive damaged or if you encounter any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges: Given the unique nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. SewChele Handmade Hair Accessories Return Policy

At SewChele, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade hair accessories. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility Window: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or altered.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please email us at returns@sewchele.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include your item along with its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided when you receive your RMA number. Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@sewchele.com. Please note that all exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom and Sale Items: Custom-made items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
